PROGRAM
Nick Tompkins - NKT Commercial LLC
This week's program was presented by Mr. Nick Tompkins. Nick's family goes back many generations here on the Central Coast. Having started out in farming, co-founding Apio with partner Tim Murphy, he has now branched out from that business and now runs a highly successful commercial real estate developing company, NKT Commercial. This morning, Nick focused on the company's newest project currently in development in Santa Maria. The Enos Ranch project, located off the freeway near Betteravia. The project is now in the midst of heavy construction that will include many new businesses (Cracker Barrel, Lowes, Petco, Buffalo Wild Wings, etc) to name just a few. It will also include a brand new Costco (with many upgrades and conveniences). Mr. Tompkins is very proud of the new development and hopes that it will attract additional customers from all over the central coast to help boost the city's economy. After the presentation, questions were asked and answered.
