PROGRAM
Our program was provided by Rotary exchange student Nai-Yun Chang from Taiwan
She is Taiwanese and Japanese and appreciates rotary for making her dream come true. Her mom is Japanese; her dad is Taiwanese. Nai-Yun plays violin and clarinet, and sings in the Madrigals at Righetti. She also plays sports, and likes running cross-country.
Taiwan is a small island next to Japan. It is a small country geographically, but densely populated. She explained the rotary flag from Taiwan - sister clubs work together on a water project.
Nai-Yun led a Q&A sharing some facts about Taiwan
1.CA is 11.7 times bigger than Taiwan.
2.Her school is the second biggest in her town
3.The school schedule - very different from ours. 7:30 to 5:00 each day.
