Our speaker this week was Alana Walczak who is the current CEO of C.A.L.M. (Child Abuse Listening Meditation. She updated our members about the current status of the program and the never ending need for qualified volunteers and the funding necessary to implement the programs. For the past 50 years, C.A.L.M. has been a leader in developing a variety of trauma informed, evidence based programs and services that effectively treat child abuse and promote healing.
