ANNOUNCEMENTS

Multiple Paul Harris Awards: Frank Ortiz had the pleasure of awarding distinguished Paul Harris Awards to Doug Palmer +2 and Wendy Foxen +3

Past President Laurie Tamura: Laurie took the opportunity to hand out awards to the following members that couldn't make it to the President's Step Down Luncheon on June 24th. Shannon & Tim Seifert, Wendy Foxen, Chris Hastert, Teresa Reyburn, Pat McDermott and Michelle Jensen. Laurie also corrected spelling from "John" to "Jean" on the name plate for past presidents wall plaque (Jean-luc thanks you).

Mike Gibson: With Toys R Us going away, Mike encouraged everyone to help think of a shopping alternative for our Toys For Tots campaign that we provide every December. If you have any ideas, please let Mike know.

BRAGS

Craig Bernard: bragged $50 on his 8th grand baby. The happy event occurred on June 20th. Congratulations Craig!

Jerry Walsh: spent a week in Tennessee for a family reunion. They had a great time. That was worth $25

Leonard Champion: recently returned from a 50 mile hike with a 10,000 foot elevation at it's highest point. He had an outstanding time, but the mosquitoes were another story!!  $40

Michele Jensen: bought the wrong pen at our most recent Barn Party Auction. Luckily Dan Blough came to the rescue and made another one specifically for Michele. She was very excited and bragged whopping big $100.

Tim Staffel: I don't know exactly how this worked, but apparently he attempted to brag $50 on everything that he was going to celebrate in the coming year. Hmmm.........thank you for the generous brag, but that goes into this year's....not next. Sorrycheeky

 FINES

Fine City: The above pictured members were asked to sit at the table and respond to questions that they didn't know the answer to (except of course Judge Staffel). This was all designed to get everyone up to their fine limit for this past fiscal year (it definitely worked). The members involved were Craig Bernard, Terry Dworaczyk, David Leroy, Jack Gresser, Michelle Jensen, Doug Palmer, Teresa Reyburn, Kevin Walthers, Martin Testa. Tim Staffel and Randy Wise
