Our speaker this week was Bob Nelson who will be our new County Supervisor for the 4th district. Bob is an Orcutt resident and has served as Chief of Staff to 4th District Supervisor Peter Adam for the last six years.  Bob gave us a lot of background information on Cannabis in Santa Barbara County with a focus on what is going on in the Orcutt area.
