BRAGS
1) Shannon Seifert - was not able to attend the Rotary District Awards last weekend but was extremely proud of everyone that made it to the event and accepted the awards in her absence. That was worth $50
2) Tony Spinelli - recently returned from a trip to Maui. He and the family went there to help celebrate his 65th (milestone) birthday. Happy Birthday Tony!! $65
3) Jim Small - Jim's business finally navigated all the red tape to officially be registered, licensed and certified in the State of California. Congratulations! $50
4) Michelle Jensen - bragged on Frank Ortiz, Valerie Moya, Teresa Reyburn and Terry Dworaczyk for helping with the Jr. High School interviews that took place last month. She also bought a new Toyota truck for her dog?? I guess this is where the phrase "lucky dog" comes into play. $50
5) Jimmy Ventriglia - the self proclaimed "Best President" that this club has ever had (Hmmm...) recently got back from a trip to Mexico. While there, he and Roxanne spotted fellow club members Kevyn & Shannon Walthers and they had a small Rotating dinner together. Everyone had a great time. $45
6) Rich Watson - has been gone for at least 3 weeks. A lot has happened in his life which includes Son's graduation, Daughter's graduation, Cruise to Alaska and numerous radio station purchases.transitions. All that was worth $100
7) Jean-luc Garon - just returned from a trip to the south of France with his family. His strange accent has now become even stranger (if that's possible). Oh well, we still have Mike Gibson to translate for us :) He bragged $15 because his discretionary funds been reduced quite a bit. Welcome back!
8) Frank Ortiz - was very anxious to brag about his wife Scottie Ortiz, who won that great award down in Moorpark last weekend. This was a very prestigious worldwide award that has only been given out 175 times. In our opinion, it couldn't have gone to better person. We are all very proud of you Scottie! Thank you Frank for the $50 brag.
9) Mark Jackson - bragged on Dan Blough for doing such a great job this past year as the official club photographer. He not only takes the majority of pictures for the Bull A Ton, but he also takes photos at almost every event that the club is associated with. Mark regrettably let that credit go by at the step down dinner and fined himself $5.00.
