Rotary Step Down Party: The step down party occurred on Saturday (8/14) at the Testa's residence. Everything went great! It was especially nice to see Ryan Swack and his wife in attendance. OCAF Chalk Festival: Saturday September 25th, 2021 - 10:00 AM- 3:30 PM On the last Saturday in September, Old Town Orcutt turns into an explosion of chalk art masterpieces, live music, public art, and community engagement.
Today's Rotary Minute: Tanya Astrosky spoke this morning regarding a Rotary moment that impacted her life. It involved the Rotary convention in 2018 that she and her husband attended where they met Dr. Sashi (educator) from India that left a lasting impression on them. A District 5240 conference meeting that dealt with human trafficking, was also a program that she never will forget.
Rotating Dinners: Kate Ferguson is now organizing meal dates that will get random members (and their guest) together with other members for an afternoon or evening of Rotary fellowship. Hosts, more than guests are now needed to help get this program up and running. Time is running out, so please contact her ASAP.
