SMV YMCA: Shannon Seifert announced that the Y is looking for good entry level employment applicants to help with child care programs. If anyone knows of any young adults that may be looking for a job, please send them her way.

Shannon Seifert: bragged $30 on our Rotary BBQ team that recently fed the crew at the new SM Tire building on North Broadway.
Peter Kang: was on the cover of the Santa Maria Times on Sunday April 25 advertising a vaccine program that was taking place at his church as well as a mobile outlet. He bragged $20. Jason Stillwell and Tim Staffel also joined in with $20 each.
Mike Gibson: bragged $30 that he still has room for "Ladies Get Loud" tonight.

Dr. Paul Murphy
Dr. Murphy (AHC faculty) spoke to our club regarding the economic analysis and impact that Allan Hancock College brings to our local community. He provided a PowerPoint presentation that included various charts, graphs and financial evidence that substantiated it's findings. The main conclusion was that AHC generates 541 million dollars to the region and supports 6,466 jobs. For more detailed information, please log into www.hancockcollege.edu.
