PROGRAM

Chen Ng

Community Development
General Plan

Mr. Ng was our program speaker today. He gave our members insight into what is involved with developing a visionary general plan for city growth. Looking into the future, a plan is being formed with the year 2045 and beyond in mind. Consultants are being hired to help with the process. Santa Maria is a community where families can establish and maintain multi generational roots. It is close knit, culturally diverse and economically inclusive. Mr. Ng and all City Officials have their hands full in developing a workable plan that will benefit the majority of it's citizens.
