PROGRAM

Kevin Walthers

Past President Kevin spoke to the membership about new and exciting things that are happening at Allan Hancock College. Enrollment is currently running ahead of last year. He attributes a major portion of this result to the new "Hancock Promise" program that provides free first year tuition to recent high school graduates. The top five majors are Registered Nursing, Business Admin, Administration of Justice, Psychology and Mathematics & Science. He then informed the group about new facilities in the works. These include a new Student Health Center, PCPA Stagecraft Shop and Fine Arts Building. At the end of his Power Point presentation he took a variety of questions from the audience
