BRAGS

Rotarians of the Month: Jean-luc Garon & Kate Ferguson - Kate bragged on getting the Barn Party Tickets out to the members in a timely fashion and Jean-luc bragged on himself for giving John Reinacher a wake-up call this morning.

Dan Blough: Dan bragged on his 42nd wedding anniversary. He felt that $42 apiece for himself and Peggy was appropriate for a total of $84. Happy Anniversary You Two!!!

Peter Sterling: As program chairman, Peter was very excited to announce that there will be four candidates vying for Elks Rodeo Queen 2016. That was worth $25

Terry Dworaczyk: Terry bragged on his wife's recent birthday. She celebrated with a trip to the Bay Area with a friend of hers and she had a great time. $35

John Reinacher: John was happy to be back at Rotary $5. He was then fined $30 for having to have a wake up call from Jean-luc. (oh well)

(TRIVIA) FINES

President Seifert had quite a few trivia questions and funny Powerpoint slides to help her levy numerous fines on unsuspecting members. After the dust settled, the following members were fined $30 each. Dan Blough, Mark Clarke, Terry Dworaczyk, Chris Hastert, Reggie Johnson, Abel Maldonado, Frank Ortiz, Doug Palmer, Tim Seifert and Dave Wright.

PROGRAM

This week's program was presented by Celia Lennon, code compliance officer for the city of Santa Maria. Ms. Lennon explained to the members what her job consists of and how the Code Compliance Division helps keep the city limits safe and presentable for all it's citizens. Many past experiences were talked about along with her Powerpoint presentation. Questions from the members were answered and discussed. The program was very informative and brought to light the many situations that are handled by the officers on a day to day basis.

50/50 Winners
