It was announced that the Flag Drag during the recent Santa Maria Parade of Lights raised $852. This was more than was raised last year.
Kate Ferguson asked anyone who has not signed up, and is bringing children to the Xmas party next week, to please let her know. You only need to sign up if you are bringing children, not to whether or not you are attending the Breakfast.
Mike Buhring reminded us that Barn Party planning meetings will start after the first of the year.
Mark your calendars for Saturday, February 3rd for the Special Olympics.
Carol Bradley thanked everyone for attending the Humans Society luncheon. Sean Hawkins announced that $153,000 in donations was raised.
Dan Blough reported that the Humane Society does not have an x-ray machine. Dan is working to determine what type of machine is needed. They are not cheap. He and Peggy will make a large investment, but probably will need some help to meet the goal of purchasing a machine for our local Humane Society.

PROGRAM
Today’s program was provided by Amy Curti, who is a performer and singer. She teaches music in the Orcutt and Santa Maria schools. We were treated to a performance by the Orcutt Union School District Glee Club, which is under her direction. The Glee Club is composed of students from both Orcutt and Lakeview Junior High Schools. The students performed three songs:
· It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year
· I need a Silent Night
· Heaven Everywhere
Thank you Kristine Mollenkopf!
